Returns Policy

1. What is the UK Scent Ltd returns policy?

a. If you have received Goods in connection with the Contract which you have cancelled, you must send back the Goods without delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate to us your cancellation of this Contract. The deadline is met if you send back the Goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You agree that you will have to bear the cost of returning the Goods.

2. Are fragrances returnable and refundable? 

a. At UKScent, we understand how important health and safety is. That’s why when you purchase any of our scent bottles online, there are no free returns or refunds offered – this policy has been put in place to protect not only ourselves, but our customers as well. 

3. How long does it take for UK Scent Ltd to process a return?

a. It can take up to 5 working days to process your return once it has arrived at our offices.

4. How will I know when UK Scent Ltd has received my return?

a. We will inform you once your return has arrived at our offices and has been checked by our team.

5. How long does it take for UK Scent Ltd to refund me?

a. We will refund you once all items are checked and UK Scent are satisfied that all conditions of the returns policy have been met.

6. What should I do if I haven’t received a refund from UK Scent Ltd?

a. If you have returned an item to us but have not heard from us within 5 working days, then please contact our team to discuss your return.
