1. How long will it take for my order to ship?

a. We aim to ship your order to you within 7 working days

2. How much will it cost to ship my order?

a. We offer Free Shipping to all UK Addresses

b. If you are buying from overseas, then please contact our team to place your order directly with UK Scent Ltd

3. Can I ship to multiple addresses?

a. We can ship to a different address to that of the billing address if that is required. Just complete the details in the checkout and state you want the delivery address to be different to the billing address

4. How do I track my shipment?

a. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with the tracking details.

5. What do I do if my shipment is lost or damaged?

a. If you order is lost or damaged, you must inform UK Scent Ltd immediately. Any issues not raised within 7 days may incur additional charges.
